If I could give more than 5 stars, I totally would! I've had multiple back surgeries recently and decided to redo my computer room (which was a chore for me) into one that was my room, but also with an easy budget in mind! I scoured furniture stores and online until I found this little gem! I contacted the company immediately to make sure it would fit my 30" or so door! They sent me the box measurements without hesitation and assured me it would fit! The chair came much earlier than expected and they sent me an email the day it shipped letting me know it was on its way! Seriously, I thought to myself...who did this! ! Well, this company does just that! Top notch customer service! When the chair arrived, the FedEx driver helped me move the box to my house. They are regulars here and know about my disabilities and abilities...or maybe the snack drink box I left them outside! I assembled the chair and it was assembled in 10 minutes, plugged in and I was so relaxed! I'm surprised nothing is too heavy for me to move. Now I'll admit it's definitely for people of interesting stature. I'm 5'3" and it fits perfectly; when I'm fully reclined, my feet don't hang at all. Sitting with no recline, my feet touch the ground and I love how perfectly it descends into the sitting position. I have a lot of metal in my back so ease of getting in and out of furniture is critical. I still have room for my 3 fun sized dogs to sit on either side of me! I love this because we are not cramped in a small space! It is very comfortable when sitting in the chair! The firmness is perfect for me! The material is soft and doesn't make me sweat! The motor is not noisy and is very smooth! I like that it can be placed close to a wall and still be fully tilted. I was so excited when I realized I missed the part in the description that it had a USB port for my electronics! Wouldn't you know it, the company sent me an email to make sure their records were accurate and I've received my chair! I was stunned again! Also the first day I contacted them, there was a $60 off coupon, but when I purchased the next day, the coupon was gone. They also told me they refunded me the coupon amount! One thing I noticed was that I felt a little leaned to the right and the chair felt a little wobbly when I leaned. So I pulled out the level and was confused that everything I assembled was perfectly level. I contacted the company and they assured me they would find a solution to my problem! This type of customer service is now unheard of! I can not believe it! After a few emails and picture exchanges, it turned out that there were 4 small round feet on the bottom of the base. I didn't even notice them at first! I pull out the box wrench, loosen the right wrench and yes, I'm fully seated now! Very impressive price for this chair! The view from the room made my mind up! The comfort, ease of assembly and style won me over! But the impeccable customer service has me completely blown away! It made the experience so exciting, rewarding and enjoyable!

received my recliner and the delivery process went smoothly. I am very satisfied with this product. When the baby finally arrived, it was just what I needed. You won't find a better chair at this price point. I read a lot of reviews on here and here before buying this chair and I was honestly scared to buy it because so many people complained about how uncomfortable it was, how it creaked, it was this and that. My experience is just the opposite. My chair doesn't creak or squeak, it's very comfortable, and it looks great! To me it's a great chair. It requires no extra cushioning and my neck and head rest perfectly on the back (I'm 5'5"). My husband is too (6'0"). I don't understand all the hate this chair gets. I think the negative reviews are from people who buy based on price alone, without bothering to really research the specs and see if it fits them. Me Advice to anyone thinking of buying this chair: Please don't just look at the price. You want to make sure the chair is right for you. There is no point in buying, then it won't work for you. You are just wasting your time and money .Like many other chairs on the market, this chair has weight and height restrictions. Make sure it fits your specific weight and height. Also, think about what firmness you prefer in a chair. I like my own plush recliner, but I found this recliner to be a bit firm, but still comfortable. It's not too firm or too soft. But some people may need more plush. If that's you, then this isn't the chair for you. Also, check the room The size I needed. Compared to another model I chose, this one was a bit bigger than what my space needed, but it still worked for me. Finally, consider how much incline you want. This one can Satisfied my taste. I don't like to go back too far. This chair allows you to push back, but you have to really work hard to do it. I personally don't like to lean back that far, so I probably won't use this feature , but if you're someone who wants to lean all the way back, this chair might not be the right chair. One final note: when we assembled the chair, we noticed that the footrests didn't rise much at first. But I noticed , it has grown in size over time. So if you end up buying this chair, keep in mind that it might not lift your feet that high out of the box, but with Over time, it actually lifts higher when you use the recliner function.

This is indeed a beautiful lounge chair. I'm a 6'1" female, and like many people who read reviews, I was concerned about the chair being the right height. I had my brother who is 6'6" and 215 lbs pose for the review photo so you can clearly see how well he fits. First off, I've never sat in a recliner that was long enough for me, so I expected my legs to hang off the ends. Question for tall people...it's not at all uncomfortable for me, though. In fact, it works perfectly for me. Also, there's no way I'm paying $1,200 for a recliner. I jumped at the chance and bought this chair and am very happy with it. It's very comfortable in all three positions: sitting, semirecumbent, and fully reclined for a nap. My brother felt the same way. He loves it too. It also has a really nice leather finish. Second, I love the side pockets. I actually forgot that it rotates and has a rocking motion. I don't use it very often, but it turns out to be handy at times. This chair is very easy to assemble. It took me about 1 hour and 15 minutes to fully assemble the chair and unpack it. Finally, the chair has two right shoulder wings. I wrote to the seller immediately and got a response within hours. Because the products are prepackaged, I had to wait about two weeks to receive the correct parts for the chair. Little did I know they misunderstood my description and the photo I sent, so they sent me the same shoulder section that I already had. So I emailed the seller again and they got back to me quickly and apologized. Finally, about a week later, the correct missing left shoulder part of the chair arrived and all was well. This is their mistake. I don't think my review should reflect a packaging mishap as the customer service is very friendly and helpful. Also, I have to keep the extra two pieces so I don't have to ship them back. (Interestingly, I didn't really feel like I was missing the part of the chair, because unless you have really broad shoulders, I didn't even feel the missing part during the weeks I was waiting. Apparently, I still Would love to get a full chair.) Overall, I am very happy with my new recliner!

Maybe some people prefer reclining chairs so they don't wobble. I can understand when I'm leaning, but it breaks my heart when I realize it. I'm not sure if all of these reviews apply to this product, especially since I'm 5'10". 250. When leaning, my ankle rests comfortably on the end of the footboard and the top of my head is about two inches from the top of the headrest. I think it's a perfect choice. I think its padding is perfect. It's not bloated like a lazy boy. My back is well supported and cushioned (how well it ages holds remains to be seen). It didn't sink and my head was pushed forward from the overstuffed headrest; I didn't feel like a turtle. My head is in line with my spine, which I appreciate as someone looking down at electronics all day. If I lift my head up and drop it freely, it's gripped by leather and foam. Not the headboard. Again, this is the perfect filling for me. The tilt mechanism is very smooth, easy to lie down and relax, and glides well. The same is coming. The pedal springs are a bit strong when trying to lock them out, but I've found most are like that, just some worse. This is not bad. I'm sure my weight has nothing to do with the resistance of the lock. ;) The armrests are great. Easy to assemble. Slide the back on. Slide what I call "wings" onto the headrest, it's pretty simple. The base is a bit heavy, but I had no issues taking it out of the box and taking it to the room. But it does feel solid, stable, and durable, like it's going to last. The material is soft without being flimsy. Although, I imagine it would be easy to get punctured, I don't expect that to happen. I only mention people with pets, maybe small children. Clean. No smell. My only real complaints are that I'd appreciate it if it sat a little higher, the arms were a little wider from each other (a bit spoiled for my dad's size XL lazy boy growing up), and that it wobbles The spin is nice too (maybe asking too much though) but man, why isn't it a rock and roll? I have to figure out a way. Also, if I do, it will improve me a bit. Ha ha

UPDATE: Just wanted to add that not only will you be happy with the product, but the customer service is incredible. If you have any concerns, they respond quickly and provide solutions. I feel very lucky that I ordered from such a trustworthy company, especially since I have a serious medical condition that does not allow me to sleep on the bed. I noticed reviews from other brands mentioned issues with customer service so thought I'd leave a review because the customer service is amazing! I've had this chair for a while, but the company is more than willing to help with any issues. You can feel 100% safe with your purchase, I guarantee you will be satisfied with the product and service! You won't regret buying this brand! Original Review This chair is fantastic. I was going to buy a manual home hospital bed, but I'm so glad I chose this one. Especially how much money this chair saved me! Due to medical issues, I have to sleep sitting up and I have surgery soon, which has completely solved my problem. After a year of struggling, I finally feel like I have a bed. I've tried everything from wedge pillows to sleeping on the couch and I'm uncomfortable, but when I sit in this chair, I feel instant relief. It's small, but that's what I want because I'm not supposed to be walking around in my sleep, and I like that I don't feel like I'm stuck in it. It's very sturdy, I have a lumbar pillow for support, but you don't even need an extra pillow, it's very comfortable on its own, and the price can't be beat. It's electric and very smoothly lifts the leg rest and lets you lean back. Easy in and out. I don't even need crutches to lift myself out of it because it's so strong I just use the handrails. The leg rest goes up until fully tilted, which is exactly what I needed! I have great support for sitting and sleeping. I'm finally relieved and I can't thank walmart enough. It's absolutely fantastic and the customer service is fantastic, super service. Thanks
